What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order is 25 pieces per custom design for handmade bullion badges. For officer peak caps and custom tactical patches, MOQs start from 20 to 50 pieces depending on design complexity.
Can you replicate an existing antique badge from a photo or physical sample?
Yes. Simply send us clear photos from multiple angles, or courier a physical sample to our factory address. We will match the metallic wire gauge, felt color, and stitching technique with 100% fidelity.
What are standard sampling and bulk production timelines?
Pre-production sample photos are typically ready in 4 to 6 business days. Bulk production takes 10 to 16 business days depending on order volume. Air express shipping via DHL or FedEx takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to reach Europe, North America, and Australia.
Which payment terms do you accept?
We accept international bank wire transfers (T/T), Western Union, and confirmed Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) for large annual institutional contracts.
Do you offer white-label manufacturing with custom packaging?
Yes. We frequently act as confidential production partners for European, American, and British tailoring houses. We can attach custom branded backer cards, print barcodes, and package items in customized gift boxes under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
How do you manage customs and import tariffs?
We generate standardized export commercial invoices and packing lists under Harmonized System (HS) code 5810.99 (Embroidery in the piece, in strips or in motifs). We provide Certificates of Origin (COO) where needed to facilitate preferential tariff treatment.
Can you produce urgent / rush orders for an upcoming event?
Yes. If you have an impending regimental parade, yacht regatta, or centenary celebration, please notify us immediately. We can assign dedicated artisan benches to prioritize express sampling and accelerated dispatch.
How are badges protected against tarnishing and humidity?
Our bullion wires are coated with an invisible anti-tarnish micro-seal. In addition, each finished piece is sealed inside a protective polybag with a non-toxic silica gel moisture absorber before export boxing.
