About KALPRO OVERSEAS

A specialized manufacturer and worldwide exporter dedicated to preserving the fine art of handmade metallic bullion embroidery and producing high-grade uniform insignia for global institutions.

Our Craftsmanship

Handmade Precision & Traditional Metal Wire Work

Located in Sialkot, Pakistan — globally recognized as the historic center of precision handcrafts and needlework — KALPRO OVERSEAS manufactures bespoke heraldic emblems, military insignia, officer caps, and embroidered uniform accoutrements.

Unlike modern mass-market computer embroidery, authentic bullion embroidery cannot be produced on automated machines. Every piece requires an artisan to cut individual lengths of coiled metallic wire (purl, french wire, and bullion wire) and stitch them by hand with surgical precision onto layered wool felt and velvet.

This heritage craft gives bullion badges their distinctive 3D relief, radiant metallic shine, and regal texture, making them the preferred choice for regimental uniforms, prestigious yacht and country clubs, military officers, and heraldic bodies.

Six Stages of Factory Production

We maintain complete vertical integration under one roof to maintain absolute consistency from artwork to shipping.

01

Vector Drafting & Technical Staging

Client sketches or heraldic artworks are scaled to precise millimeters. Layered blueprints are generated to guide wire placement, shading, and relief height.

02

Wire Sizing & Purl Preparation

Metallic bullion wire is inspected for luster and tension, then carefully chopped into small purl segments matching the exact curves and angles of the design.

03

Foundation Padding & Underlay

High-density cotton floss and felt underlay are hand-sewn onto the stretched melton wool base to construct the multi-tiered 3D armature under the wire work.

04

Master Artisan Needlework Hall

Master craftspeople stitch the gold and silver bullion coils thread by thread onto traditional wooden frames, weaving heraldic crests with lifelike depth.

05

Backing, Welds & Edge Trimming

Badges are cut from the master frame, reinforced with heavy buckram, and fitted with buyer-specified clutch pins, magnets, Velcro, or clean sew-on borders.

06

Caliper Inspection & Export Crating

Piece-by-piece inspection under magnification, dimensional verification against vector schematics, moisture-sealed packaging, and courier dispatch.

Raw materials: bullion wire spools, scissors, wool felt, and embroidered crest
Material Selection

Authentic Raw Materials & Tarnish-Resistant Wires

The beauty and longevity of a bullion badge depend directly on the purity of the raw materials. We source specialized copper-alloy bullion wire featuring micro-lacquered anti-tarnish protective coatings, ensuring badges maintain their rich luster without darkening prematurely.

Metallic Wires: Bright Gold, Antique Gold, Silver-Plated, Rose Gold, and Matte Black purl wires in various wire gauges (#2, #3, #4, #6).
Base Fabrics: 100% pure Melton wool felt (450–500 GSM), high-grade silk velvet, and heavy military twill colorfast substrates.
Fasteners: Solid brass clutch pins with butterfly clasps, nickel-free magnetic backings, and genuine Velcro hook-and-loop.
White-Label Manufacturing

Private Label Partner for Tailors & Uniform Brands

Many of our clients are high-end bespoke tailoring establishments, regimental outfitters, and insignia wholesalers who require confidential manufacturing. We provide strict non-disclosure protection for proprietary heraldic crests, custom packaging, and custom-branded backer cards.

Confidential NDA Protection

Your custom artwork, club insignias, and unit crests remain exclusively yours. We never resell or distribute your proprietary commissioned designs.

Custom Presentation Packaging

We can pack badges on custom printed backer cards, in embossed velvet gift boxes, or in branded polybags ready for immediate retail or club distribution.

Consistent Repeat Batching

We archive master physical reference samples and digital stitch blueprints, ensuring repeat wholesale orders 2 or 5 years later are 100% identical.

Social Responsibility

Ethical Manufacturing & Artisan Preservation

Handmade bullion embroidery requires years of dedicated mentorship to master. We believe that exceptional craftsmanship can only flourish in a workplace that respects and rewards its craftspeople.

KALPRO OVERSEAS strictly upholds international labor standards:

  • 100% Adult Artisan Workforce: Strict prohibition of child or forced labor across all operations.
  • Fair Living Wages: Master embroiderers and craftspeople receive above-industry living compensation.
  • Healthy, Ergonomic Workshops: Well-lit, well-ventilated workspaces with proper task seating and optical magnification.
  • Cultural Heritage Preservation: Active apprenticeship programs training the next generation of bullion artisans.
